This vest has a nice fot to it, nice and sturdy. However, it weighs a lot more than 10kg so the company selling it are kind of losing out if you think about it. Moreover this is a good thing and that's why it gets 5 stars! brilliant. (You can adjust the weights inside of the vest with ease if it is too heavy for you also).

I am only 5ft 1 in & slight build and although the jacket is quite wide across my shoulders ( better suited to big guys ! ) the adjustable waist strap holds it in place . Excellent value for money and great service . It arrived within a few days of placing my order .

This is a very high quality piece of kit at a great price and delivered right to the house - which was a consideration given the weight of the combined packages.

The vest is suitable for even a rather small woman and comfortable to wear. The detailing is sturdy and the add-on weights easy to handle.
